Charleston School of Law’s Center for Dispute Resolution is proud to introduce Resolved: Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Resolved is an E-Publication that was founded in January 2010 by a dedicated group of Charleston School of Law students and the Center for Dispute Resolution. The Center’s vision in creating Resolved is to promote research and writing in the areas of dispute resolution theory, skills, techniques and application.
